Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the iOS application “QR Reflection” (“App”) provided by Inukano Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

The App is distributed through Apple Inc.'s App Store. Apple's End User License Agreement (EULA) applies alongside these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's EULA, these Terms prevail.

Responsibility for support, warranties, and claims regarding the App rests with Inukano Systems, not Apple Inc.

By using the App, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Use of the App requires an Apple ID and access to the App Store.
2. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
3. The App may only be used on iOS devices.
4. You agree to comply with all applicable laws when using the App.

The following actions are prohibited:

• Using the App for illegal purposes or in violation of Apple's App Store guidelines
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
• Attempting to extract or modify the App's source code
• Using the App to infringe the rights of others (including copyright and privacy rights)
• Creating derivative works based on the App
• Sublicensing or redistributing the App to third parties
• Using the App to create or distribute fraudulent or malicious QR codes

All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the App and its content (including design, graphics, and code) belong to Inukano Systems. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. No ownership rights in the App are transferred to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• We make no guarantee regarding the accuracy or completeness of QR code scanning, generation, or printing results. Results depend on QR code condition, lighting, and device capabilities.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
• Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; in such cases, our liability is limited to the minimum extent required by law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice. If the App is removed from the App Store, previously downloaded versions may continue to function but will receive no further support.

We may update these Terms when the App's features change or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will update this page and change the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
